Non-Refundable Fees: Monthly Active Client Account Fees are non-refundable and billed monthly for each active client account managed by the agency.
1. Zelle (eye1funding@gmail.com) / ACH / Bank Draft is the preferred payment method.
2. Debit and credit card payments are accepted; however, all applicable processing fees are added to the invoice.
3. Agencies determine their own client pricing and profit margins.
4. Monthly fees provide access to the client's selected Eye1 service and unlimited load submissions for profitability tracking and reporting.
5. Agencies are responsible for activating and managing client accounts through their personalized dashboard.
6. Active client account fees are billed monthly until the account is deactivated.
